“Rīgas satiksme” urges parents to fill in application forms of Pupil’s e-cards at www.eriga.lv until September 8
“Rīgas satiksme” urges parents of pupils of forms 1, 5, 10, as well as parents of children who have changed educational institutions and have not received Pupil’s e-cards so far, to fill in application forms until September 8 at www.eriga.lv, to be able to receive the cards in educational institutions by September 15.
One of a pupil’s parents have to fill in the application form of the Pupil’s e-card at www.eriga.lv. Data about the pupil and his/her school will be selected automatically, you have but to attach the pupil’s photo. Based on the information received, “Rīgas satiksme” will manufacture Pupil’s e-cards and will deliver them to educational institutions, where they will signed by headmasters and issued to pupils.
Should the application form be filled in after September 8, it will be possible to receive the Pupil’s e-card only after visiting one of “Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres, yet one should take into account that there may be queues because of big number of visitors.
It is also possible to receive a pupil’s e-card in one of „Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres, after presenting an identity document and submitting a photo, if the pupil is not present.
Pupil’s e-cards fulfil the functions of both the pupil’s card and that of e-ticket in public transport. There are also several schools where it functions as an electronic key and a means of payment for catering.
